Meet the Founder & Trainer
Adalberto V. de Araújo is a Brazilian-German journalist and business professional with decades of experience in international IT business development and over 20 years lecturing at German universities of applied sciences. He combines practical business leadership, consulting, and public affairs experience with a passion for education and journalism.
Inspired by the emirate’s friendly, hardworking, and highly international population of residents and visitors – who represent a diverse mix of potential investors and consumers – he sees this dynamic business environment as ideal for equipping professionals with practical knowledge to fully leverage Dubai’s opportunities. He founded AVDEA Academy to help professionals grow, gain international credibility, and navigate the city’s business landscape with confidence.
